§ 1 Hyresobjektet hyrs ut till hyresgästen under angiven period till angivet pris. Betalas senast 7 dagar efter bokningstillfället och resterande del direkt vid ankomst.
§ 2 Hyresgästen skall vara aktsam och ta god hand om den hyrda bostaden.
§ 3 Vid eventuell skada orsakad av hyresgästen svarar denne för skadan. Vid skada skall även hyresgästen genast kontakta hyresvärden.
§ 4 Hyresgästen får ej upplåta hyresrätten av bostaden till någon annan.
§ 5 Det åligger hyresvärden att se till så att bostaden och inventarier är försäkrade.
§ 6 Det åligger hyresgästen att se till så att fönster och dörrar är stängda, låsta då bostaden lämnas av försäkringsskäl.
§ 7 Avbokning kan ske muntligen eller skriftligen. Om Du avbokar tidigare än 30 dagar före avtalad ankomst, behöver Du inte betala mer än depositionsavgiften. Vid senare avbokning måste du betala 70% av hyran.
§ 8 Hyresgästen har tillträde ankomstdagen från 15.00. Avresedagen måste hyresgästen lämna bostaden städad och besiktigad senast 10.00. Obligatorisk städning av stugan innan avfärd åligger hyresgästen. Vid ej godkänd städning tillkommer avgift.
§ 9 Uthyrningen gäller endast för antal bokade personer. Barn under 2 år räknas ej. Vid ändring skall hyresvärden underrättas.
§ 10 Tältning, husvagn och husbil är inte tillåtet.
§ 11 Rökning är inte tillåtet inomhus.
§ 12 Djur är endast tillåten på nämnda stugor. Se respektive stugas Tillbehör & Regler
Rental terms (English)
All terms apply to all our cabins.

§ 1 The rental property is rented to the tenant during the specified period at the specified price. Payable no later than 7 days after booking and the remainder directly upon arrival.
§ 2 The tenant must be careful and take good care of the holiday home.
§ 3 The tenant is responsible for damage caused by tenants. If damage occurs, the tenant must contact the landlord immediately.
§ 4 The tenant may not put the holiday home at someone else’s disposal.
§ 5 It is the landlord’s responsibility to insure the holiday home and furnishings.
§ 6 It is incumbent on the tenant to ensure that windows and doors are closed, locked when the home is left for insurance reasons
§ 7 Cancellation can be made by phone or in writing. If you cancel earlier than 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date, you do not have to pay more than the deposit fee. If canceled later, you must pay 70% of the rent.
§ 8 The tenant has access the day of arrival from 15.00. The day of departure, the tenant must leave the cottage tidy and inspected by 10.00. Mandatory cleaning of the cottage before departure is the responsibility of the tenant. In case of unauthorized cleaning, a fee is added.
§ 9 The rental is only valid for the number of people booked. Children under 2 years are not included. In the event of a change, the landlord must be notified.
§ 10 Tents, caravans and motorhomes are not allowed.
§ 11 Smoking is not allowed indoors.
§ 12 Animals are only allowed in the said cottages. See respective cabin’s Accessories & Rules
