Hyresvillkor

Villkoren gäller samtliga våra stugor. Stugspecifika regler, exempelvis om husdjur, anges på respektive stugsida.

Villkor för uthyrning

  1. Hyresobjektet hyrs ut under den period och till det pris som anges i bokningsbekräftelsen. Vid bokning betalas en deposition motsvarande 50 % av det totala hyresbeloppet. Resterande 50% betalas vid ankomst.
  2. Hyresgästen ansvarar för att ta väl hand om stugan, dess inventarier och tillhörande utemiljö under vistelsen.
  3. Skador eller fel som uppstår under vistelsen ska omgående meddelas hyresvärden. Hyresgästen ansvarar för skador som denne eller någon i hyresgästens sällskap orsakar genom oaktsamhet eller felaktig användning.
  4. Bokningen är personlig och får inte överlåtas eller hyras ut vidare utan hyresvärdens godkännande.
  5. Hyresvärden ansvarar för att stugan och dess inventarier är försäkrade. Hyresgästens personliga tillhörigheter omfattas inte av hyresvärdens försäkring
  6. När stugan lämnas obemannad ska dörrar vara låsta och fönster stängda. Detta är viktigt bland annat för att försäkringsvillkoren ska kunna uppfyllas vid exempelvis inbrott eller skada.
  7. Avbokning ska meddelas hyresvärden muntligen eller skriftligen. Vid avbokning har hyresvärden rätt att behålla den inbetalda depositionen. Vid avbokning på grund av sjukdom återbetalas depositionen i sin helhet mot uppvisande av giltigt läkarintyg. I mån av tillgänglighet kan ombokning till annan dag eller vecka, i samma eller annan stuga, erbjudas efter överenskommelse med hyresvärden.
  8. Den person som gör bokningen ansvarar för att samtliga personer i sällskapet känner till och följer hyresvillkoren.
  9. Stugan är tillgänglig från kl. 15.00 på ankomstdagen och ska lämnas senast kl. 10.00 på avresedagen. Hyresgästen ansvarar för att stugan är ordentligt städad före avresa. Stugan besiktigas i samband med utcheckningen. Om städningen inte är godkänd debiteras hyresgästen kostnaden för den städning som behöver utföras, inklusive eventuell kostnad för anlitad städfirma.
  10. Stugan får inte nyttjas av fler personer än det antal stugan är avsedd och bokad för. Angivet maxantal personer ska alltid respekteras av säkerhets-, brandskydds- och försäkringsskäl. Barn under 2 år debiteras inte som extra gäst.
  11. Tältning samt uppställning av husvagn eller husbil är inte tillåtna
  12. Rökning och användning av e-cigaretter är inte tillåten inomhus.
  13. Hyresgästen ska visa hänsyn till grannar och omgivning.
  14. Elbil eller annat elfordon får endast laddas vid avsedd laddningsplats. Laddning från stugans eluttag är inte tillåten av säkerhetsskäl, då elinstallationer och säkringar inte är avsedda för detta.
  15. Förlorad nyckel ska omgående meddelas hyresvärden. Kostnad för ersättningsnyckel och eventuell nödvändig låsåtgärd kan debiteras hyresgästen.
  16. Sopor och återvinning ska hanteras enligt de anvisningar som finns i stugan.
  17. Husdjur är endast tillåtna i de stugor där detta uttryckligen anges. Se informationen under respektive stugas Tillbehör & regler.

Rental Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all our cottages. Cottage-specific rules, for example regarding pets, are stated on the page for each cottage.

  1. The rental property is rented to the guest for the period and at the price stated in the booking confirmation. A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is paid at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is paid upon arrival.
  2. The guest is responsible for taking good care of the cottage, its furnishings and the surrounding outdoor area during the stay.
  3. Any damage or faults that occur during the stay must be reported to the host immediately. The guest is responsible for any damage caused through negligence or improper use by the guest or anyone in the guest’s party.
  4. The booking is personal and may not be transferred or sublet to another person without the host’s approval.
  5. The host is responsible for ensuring that the cottage and its furnishings are insured. The guest’s personal belongings are not covered by the host’s insurance.
  6. When the cottage is left unattended, doors must be locked and windows closed. This is important, among other reasons, to ensure that insurance conditions can be met in the event of burglary or damage.
  7. Cancellations must be communicated to the host verbally or in writing. In the event of cancellation, the host has the right to retain the deposit paid. If the cancellation is due to illness, the deposit will be refunded in full upon presentation of a valid medical certificate. Subject to availability, rebooking to another day or week, in the same or another cottage, may be offered by agreement with the host.
  8. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that everyone in the party is aware of and follows these rental terms and conditions.
  9. The cottage is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure. The guest is responsible for ensuring that the cottage is properly cleaned before departure. The cottage will be inspected at check-out. If the cleaning is not approved, the guest will be charged for the cleaning required, including any cost for hiring a professional cleaning company.
  10. The cottage may not be used by more people than the number it is intended and booked for. The stated maximum number of guests must always be respected for safety, fire safety and insurance reasons. Children under 2 years of age are not charged as an additional guest.
  11. Camping and the parking of caravans or motorhomes are not permitted.
  12. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted indoors.
  13. Guests must show consideration for neighbours and the surrounding area.
  14. Electric cars or other electric vehicles may only be charged at a designated charging point. Charging from the cottage’s electrical outlets is not permitted for safety reasons, as the electrical installations and fuses are not designed for this purpose.
  15. Lost keys must be reported to the host immediately. The guest may be charged for a replacement key and any necessary lock-related costs.
  16. Rubbish and recycling must be handled in accordance with the instructions provided in the cottage.
  17. Pets are only permitted in cottages where this is explicitly stated. Please see the information under Amenities & Rules on the page for each cottage.
